Withdraw from your ANZ Cashactive account using our form 📑
We hate forms too! And we’re trying to get these cut where possible. Bear with us for now, and we’ll let you know when this changes.
We’ve recently changed our process so you can now complete the withdrawal form digitally without the need for signatures.
What we’ll need from you:
- Complete the ANZ withdrawal form
Send us a copy of your ID (passport, drivers license or proof of age card)
If this is your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing to a new account, you’ll also need to send us a bank statement from within the last 3 months:
- It must be in the same name as your Opentrader account*
- It must show your current address
It must show your bank details (account number and BSB)
- Please send all of that to us at email@example.com from your registered email address
*We do not pay third parties. In other words, your withdrawal account name must match your Opentrader account name.
How long does it take? ⏳
We’ll process your request on our side within 1-2 business days. Once we’ve confirmed your withdrawal has been processed, please allow 2-3 business days for your money to arrive. It’s likely that international withdrawals will take longer. For a timeframe check, please get in touch with your receiving bank.
Domestic withdrawals are free 💰
Withdrawals to Australian accounts are free. We charge a processing fee of $100 AUD for withdrawals to international accounts. For international withdrawals, please check if the receiving bank accepts deposits in AUD and whether they charge any fees.
Would you like your receipt? 🧾
Please get in touch with us if you’d like withdrawal receipt. Otherwise, you can generate a Cash Ledger report on Opentrader for records of your deposits and withdrawals.
