Trade Confirmations (also known as Contract Notes) are electronic records of a securities transaction. Confirmations at OpenMarkets are sent to the primary account holder's email address and any other nominated email addresses on your account.
Confirmations are sent from email@example.com with the subject line "Trade Confirmations".
In the event that a Trade Confirmation isn't received in your inbox, we ask you to first do the following:
- Check the Junk or Spam folders in your inbox (if found here, follow the prompts to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your "safe list")
- Verify the email address attached to your OpenMarkets account is correct or up-to-date (has your email changed since your account was opened?)
