Updating your name:
- Print & sign the Change of Name form with an ink pen.
- Provide a copy of your relevant supporting certified ID listed on form.
- Email above to email@example.com with subject line: "Update Name Request - Full Name/Account Number".
To keep your account safe, we cannot accept digital signatures.

Please note: If you are not a direct retail client of OpenTrader or OpenMarkets, you will need to contact your adviser or third party provider in order to request this process.
In order for OpenTrader to ensure you receive all required account notifications and communications, it is important that you contact us as soon as you change any of your personal details such as name, postal address or email.
Failure to update your details could adversely impact your ability to maintain and operate your account.
The personal details you provide to OpenTrader when you open your account are provided to CHESS and the relevant share registries who use this information to contact you in the event of a corporate action, for example.
As the security of your account is our priority at OpenTrader, it is your responsibility to ensure you contact us immediately to update your personal details.
